Booking notes

Simply select your preferred arrival date followed the number of nights to view prices. Check-in and check-out days are strictly Monday and Friday as highlighted bold and underlined on the calendar. If you wish to leave on a Sunday please book until Monday and leave when you are ready on the Sunday.

Please note – when using the following booking system, a secure non-refundable deposit of £200 will be charged (full amount charged if your stay is within the next 8 weeks). Your £200 non-refundable deposit reserves your booking, it is not the full cost of your lodge. We will email you with a payment request for the outstanding balance 8 weeks before your stay.

On booking we ask for a £100 refundable breakage / security deposit. This payment will returned back to you no more than 7 days after your departure.

We advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

• A week’s stay is from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
• A short stay is either for a 3 night weekend from Friday to Monday or a 4 night mid week stay from Monday to Friday.
• Cots and high chairs are available upon request. Please provide your own bedding
• Pets are allowed in Hideaway Lodge at an extra cost of £30 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets.
