Waterside Lodge

Waterside lodge is a four-person, self-catering cottage that enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and a water’s edge location. Waterside cabin has been given a four-star and four-star Gold rating due to the high standard off the finish and offers disabled holiday facilities achieving NAS Mobility Level 2 standard. This holiday cabin can accommodate a host of individual requirements, so don’t be afraid to ask. This spacious four-star lodge has an open plan sitting room, with wood burner, and doors to the terrace, with a hot tub, and the kitchen and dining areas.

For those in need of a romantic getaway, the double bedroom boasts a four-poster bed, TV and en suite bathroom/WC with a six-foot double ended bath including shower attachment. The twin-bedded room has with zip and link beds (six-foot double by arrangement), TV and en suite wet room/WC.

Outside there is a part covered wooden terrace including outdoor furniture, a hot tub and a coal barbecue enabling you to enjoy the fresh air and fun whatever the weather. Parents will find it useful that the terrace is fully enclosed and has gated access, giving mums, dads and guardians a helping hand in keeping children safe and ensuring the whole family enjoy this Peak District holiday.

From the moment you arrive the hot tub is ready for you to step into and sooth the stresses of your journey away. While some of you bubble, the others could be barbecuing as outdoor furniture and a coal BBQ (please provided own charcoal). And remember, the terrace is gated so parents can relax a little bit more knowing their children are more restricted.

kitchen

This spacious kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering holidays. Housing an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer, this will ensure you can cook anything from a Sunday lunch to a Saturday night treat feast without any trouble – and you won’t have to do the washing up afterwards!

For those of you that will enjoy a wonderful Peak District walk or other adventure, we all know we can’t rely on our British weather, so it’s vital that our luxury lodges also have washing and drying facilities to get those muddy clothes clean and dry for the next day’s escapades.

The dining area seats four people comfortably and is part of the open plan kitchen. You will find all of the tableware sparkling and of a high standard so your holiday won’t begin by stacking the dishwasher.

This open plan area has a door that opens onto the terrace where you will be able to admire the Derbyshire countryside from the comfort of your own hot tub.

Got little ones? High chairs are available upon request, if ordered in advance.

Comfortable sofas, a 32-inch TV/DVD (Freeview) and a Radio/CD player ensure that you are able to relax in your Peak district holiday accommodation as much as your own home.

Under floor heating and a log fire* will keep you truly toasty on chilly evenings and warm you up after any trip out. Be sure to snuggle up on the sofa for a romantic evening or stretch out on one of the two sofas or armchairs for a bit of indulgent you time.

*The first bag of logs is available free of charge, however, any additional supply of logs is charged at cost.

BEDROOM 1:
This master bedroom has a beautiful four poster bed and has plenty of practical storage to ensure that you can easily unpack and feel straight at home. The six-foot double ended bath means that if you want to enjoy a super soak after a long day at one of Derbyshire’s visitor attractions, then you can enjoy the best bath these luxury lodges can offer!

BEDROOM 2:
The spacious second bedroom is furnished with two extremely comfortable single beds. The room has plenty of storage a wardrobe and two drawer units so finding space for everything won’t be a problem. An en suite shower room, equipped with complementary toiletries, ensures the occupants of both bedrooms have privacy and peace and quiet in this super Peak District holiday lodge.
