Hideaway Lodge

Sleeping up to six people and two pets, pet friendly, four-star venue Hideaway is a secluded self-catering lodge which has an enclosed garden and private hot tub, as well as a contemporary and stylish interior. Whether you are visiting the Peak District, taking a trip to the National Forest or enjoying one of the many excellent visitor attractions in Derbyshire or adjacent counties, you will find coming home to this luxury cabin will be sure to help you relax and unwind.

A welcoming open plan sitting room has a wood burner, with the first bag of logs provided free to give you a cosy start to your self-catering holiday. With doors that open out to the terrace and the lodge’s own hot tub, you can guarantee that you – and your pets – will be refreshed by the end of your Peak District short break or holiday.

Dog friendly Hideaway is also equipped with many of life’s little luxuries from complementary toiletries and slippers to providing outdoor furniture and a barbecue so that you can enjoy the fresh air from the part-covered terrace or the hot tub.

The three bedrooms at this Derbyshire lodge include a double room with a four-poster bed and TV, a double bedroom with TV and en suite wet room and a twin room with TV. There is also an indulgent bathroom with a six-foot, double ended bath.

From the moment you arrive the hot tub is ready for you to step into and sooth the stresses of your journey away. While some of you bubble, the others could be barbecuing as outdoor furniture and a coal BBQ (charcoal not provided). And remember, the terrace is gated so parents can relax a little bit more knowing their children are more restricted.

Whether it’s a family meal or fun with friends, this spacious kitchen is perfect to entertain all guests with minimum effort. Fully equipped for a relaxing holiday schedule, the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and washer as well as the oven to ensure that there’s no need to spend any unnecessary time on normal household tasks during your self-catering mini-break or holiday.

Part of the open plan kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six people and your furry companions, in this pet-friendly holiday accommodation. With stylish tableware and dining furniture, you’ll be able to feel spoiled as you look out onto the wonderful Derbyshire countryside or feel the warmth of the log fire.

Got little ones? High chairs are available upon request if ordered in advance.

Equipped with under floor heating and a log fire*, the lounge/sitting room includes two comfortable sofas to stretch out on, or snuggle up on, to enjoy watching the 32” TV/DVD (Freeview) or listening to the radio. If you’re feeling energetic, you could even put a CD on, enjoy this spacious holiday cabin and strut your stuff on the dance floor.

This eco-friendly lodge benefits from air source heating as well as solar panels so your holiday is environmentally friendly as well!

*The first bag of logs is available free of charge, however, any additional supply of logs is charged at cost.

BEDROOM 1:
This master bedroom has a beautiful four poster bed and has plenty of practical storage to ensure that you can easily unpack and feel straight at home. The six-foot double ended bath means that if you want to enjoy a super soak after a long day at one of Derbyshire’s visitor attractions, then you can enjoy the best bath these luxury lodges can offer!

Bedroom One’s en suite bathroom is shared Jack and Jill style with Bedroom 3.

BEDROOM 2:
Enjoy some four-poster fun in this stylish room with en suite bathroom. Whether you’re cuddling up to your partner or your pet, this room provides all the home from home comforts that you need. Sink into the sumptuous bed and enjoy your some ‘me’ time during your short break or holiday.

Bedroom Two has an en-suite wet room.

BEDROOM 3:
This bedroom is furnished with two 2ft 6in wide single beds more suitable for children and one wardrobe, and a large window that offers views over the beautiful rural landscape. Ideal for a quick nap or a long lie or you can just ‘hideaway’ in this room for two.

There is also an en suite, Jack and Jill style bathroom that is shared with Bedroom 1.
